Advantages of multigrain bread

Multigrain bread flour is rich in fibre and contains smaller amounts of sugar compared to regular bread so it has a lower glycemic index making it ideal for diabetics, heart patients and weight watchers.

The fibre content keeps you fuller for a longer period and also promotes digestion. The phytochemicals present in the bread help reduce inflammation in the body and ultimately protects the health of cells and organs. The variety of grains used in it makes it extremely nutrient-dense. The bread contains zinc, protein, various B vitamins and complex carbohydrates.
