  • Eggs: Eggs are a high-protein, high-nutrient, and high-healthy-fat food. It has been found in several studies that eggs help people feel more satiated and avoid overeating. 
  • Oats: For every 100 grams, oats have roughly 17 grams of protein. They're also a good source of complex carbs. Oatmeal can easily be prepared with raw oats and can be flavoured with a range of nutritious items, including fruits and nuts. Prepared oatmeal should be avoided because they often include added sugar.
  • Lima beans: In a 100 g meal of Lima beans, there are roughly 21 grams of protein.
  • Corn: Per cup of yellow maize, there is around 15.6 g of protein. Corn also contains a significant quantity of fibre and minerals, including calcium.

  • Potatoes: Potatoes have a negative reputation for being starchy but are high in nutrients, including protein. A medium-sized potato with the skin on contains a little over 4 g of protein. Individuals should be cautious when preparing a potato since the extras frequently added to potatoes might increase the calorie count.
