  • Omega 3-rich foods: Your body makes more melatonin when you consume omega-3 fatty acids. The best source of omega-3 fatty acids is seafood.
  • Melatonin-rich food: Melatonin, a naturally occurring sleep promoter, is present in a variety of fruits and vegetables. This drowsy hormone is also present in asparagus, corn, cherries, grapes, broccoli, and cucumbers. A lot of people advise tart cherry juice as the greatest unprocessed melatonin source. Just remember to rinse your teeth after juice, particularly before sleeping.
  • Tryptophan-infused foods: Tryptophan is an amino acid best known for being present in turkey, and when taken, it gradually transforms into melatonin. The tryptophan in turkey is often blamed for people's Thanksgiving Day naps, although it can also be found in fish, chicken, almonds, beans, and a range of green leafy vegetables.
