How To Cook?

Heat ghee, add makhana and roast till its golden and crisp.Break to check if its crispy.Set aside.

Heat oil - add jeera,green chillies let it splutter then add boiled potatoes along with chilli, anarthana and roasted jeera powder and salt.Mix well and roast for a minute.

Now add roasted makhana and give a toss.Add mint and coriander leaves mix well and switch off.

Serve hot or warm!
