In a mixing bowl, add fish sliced, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt to taste, kasuri methi, mustard oil, mix everything well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
In the same bowl, add degi mirch powder, carom seeds, rice flour, gram flour, curd, mix everything well and set aside.
Heat oil in a kadai, once it��s hot deep fry the marinated fish till nicely done.
Garnish it with onion rings, lemon wedge, coriander sprig and serve hot.
