To begin making the Bhindi Gosht recipe, heat half oil in pressure cooker, add onion to it and saute it till the onion turns translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste, add all the spices to it and cook for few minutes.
Add the meat to the above mixture along with coconut milk and curry leaves cook till the meat is tender.
Pressure cook till 15-20 minutes.
In another pan, add oil and saut� big chunks of okra till 3/4 is cooked.
