Do you know that it is quite easy to make at home? All you need to do is to buy the samosa/spring roll sheets from the cold storage section of a supermarket near you. Rest is very easy. The onion filling can be made in minutes! Hardly takes 10 minutes to do all the preparations.

To a bowl, add all the ingredients given under ' for the filling', mix well.
Make the atta paste.
Remove each samosa sheet, fold and spoon the filling.
Close and seal using the flour paste. Do refer to the video for shaping the samosa.
Once all the samosas are ready, heat oil in a kadai or pan and once the oil has reached the right temperature, fry all samosas in batches. Fry them till they are uniformly golden brown on all sides.
