Cut the tofu into equal sizes and steam it in the steamer for about 3 to 5 minutes and rest it aside.
Now, take a sauce pan, and add oil, garlic, ginger and sauté them at low flame for a minute. Then add soya sauce, wasabi, salt, black pepper along with spring onions. Stir it once and prepare a flavorful soya glaze with it.
After your soya puree or soya glaze is prepared, take a circular plate and arrange the earlier steamed Japanese Tofu on it, and pour the chopped spring onions along with soya glaze on the tofu.
Garnish with thinly sliced sprigs of red bell peppers and sprinkle some crushed black pepper on the plate. Serve it well.
