Whole Wheat Chicken Momo

A healthy version of the chicken momo a whole-wheat steamed momo is prepared with atta, minced chicken, onion, ginger, and coriander lives. It can be prepared easily and can be served with chutney or sauce.

How To Cook?


In a bowl add the meat, onions, ginger, coriander leaves, and butter and mix well.


Use your hands to properly rub all the ingredients together, add salt according to taste and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.


In the meanwhile, make a dough by mixing atta, a pinch of salt, oil, and water. Mix lightly hard dough and keep aside.


Make tiny balls out of the dough and roll out the tiny balls of dough in the size of a small poori.


Place a spoonful of filling in the middle and use a mold to shape the dumpling.
