Have a look to some of the foods that you need to avoid when on keto diet.

You must avoid sources of processed grains and sugar as they are obvious carbohydrates. You must also avoid most fruits as they have too much sugar for a keto diet to work. Mangoes, grapes, and bananas have an entire day’s worth of carbs in one serving (about 200 grams). Savoury products like ketchup, pasta sauce, and salad dressings often contain sugar and thus must be avoided. Form a strong habit of reading labels carefully to avoid these. 

Starchy foods should be avoided as all forms of starches convert into sugar when digested. These include bread, tortillas, pasta, rice, couscous, potatoes, bagels, crackers, legumes (most dried beans), cereal, porridge, oatmeal, and muesli.
