About magnesium, folate, superfood and spinach.
Why is spinach a superfood?

Spinach contains around 250 mg of calcium per cup which helps to keep your bones and teeth healthy.

It is a rich source of dietary magnesium which speeds up metabolism, regulates your heart rate, and maintains blood pressure.

Zeaxanthin and carotenoids are also found in abundance and they help flush out the free radicals from your body. These free radicals make your body prone to diseases including certain kinds of cancer.

Spinach is rich in folate, which makes it one of the best foods to eat when pregnant. Folate is a B vitamin that is important for healthy infant development. It also helps to prevent serious defects of the spine and brain.
