It is believed that 100 gm of jackfruit contains 94 Kcal and is also loaded with good carbohydrates. It will instantly give you an energy boost upon consumption. It is rich in flavonoids, phytonutrients, and antioxidants. These antioxidants eliminate the toxins produced by the body as well as the free radicals that are considered to be harmful. Both free radicals and toxins are known to promote cancerous activity in the body.
