Preheat the oven to 325ÔøΩf (163ÔøΩc) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut flakes, condensed milk, vanilla extract, egg whites, and a pinch of salt. mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop the coconut mixture and drop it onto the prepared baking sheet, forming mounds.

Bake the macaroons in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.

Remove the macaroons from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
