How To Cook?

Begin by soaking all the lentils overnight. soak green moong dal, organic urad white dal, kali urad dal, masoor dal split, masoor dal, red kidney beans, and chickpeas in water.

After soaking, drain the lentils and rinse them well.

In a pressure cooker, add the soaked and rinsed lentils along with toor dal and yellow moong dal. cook until they become tender and fully cooked.

Once the pressure cooker cools down, mash the cooked lentils and set them aside.

Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds and cinnamon. let them cook for about 15 seconds until fragrant.
