How To Cook?

To begin making the coriander chickpea masala, wash and soak the chickpeas overnight.

Drain the soaked chickpeas and transfer them to a pressure cooker.

Add 3 cups of water and salt to the cooker and pressure cook for 6 whistles.

After 6 whistles, reduce the heat to low and cook for an additional 20 minutes.

Turn off the flame and allow the pressure to release naturally.
