How To Cook?

To prepare the pudina tambuli, clean and wash the mint leaves.

In a pan, add a few drops of ghee and roast cumin seeds, black pepper, and green chilli for a minute.

Add the mint leaves and saut„© for 2-3 minutes until the leaves turn soft and change color.

Remove from the flame and let it cool.

Grind the saut„©ed leaves, roasted spices, coconut, and salt into a very smooth paste using a mixer and adding a little water.
