How To Cook?

1

Soak chana flour in water for about 4 hours. then, grind the soaked chana flour with ginger and green chilies to a paste, using as little water as possible (approximately 1/2 cup).

2

In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, cumin seeds, salt, and asafoetida (hing) to make the dough for the paratha.

3

If needed, add more flour and knead the dough until it becomes smooth. oil your palms and shape the dough into a ball.

4

Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. oil your palms and roll each portion into round patties.

5

Take one dough ball and roll it into a 3-inch circle. spread about 2 drops of oil on the surface, then pull the edges of the dough to wrap and seal the oil inside. repeat this process for all six dough balls.
