How To Cook?

Heat oil in a non-stick wok and add bay leaves and onions. saute until the onions turn lightly browned.

While the onions are cooking, halve the button mushrooms.

Add tomatoes to the wok, mix well, and saute for 1-2 minutes. then, add the mushrooms and continue to Saute for another 1-2 minutes.

Squeeze the soya chunks to remove excess water and add them to the wok. also, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger, and garlic. mix everything well.

Pour in the yogurt and mix it into the masala. add salt, red chilli powder, and garam masala powder. mix well to combine all the flavors.
