To start making the nutty multigrain flaxseed crackers, lightly roast white sesame seeds in a small pan until they start cracking. remove them from the pan and set aside.

Now, roast the flax seeds until the popping sound reduces. turn off the flame and transfer the flax seeds to a separate plate to cool down.

Once the flax seeds have cooled, grind them into a smooth powder using a mixer or food processor.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ragi flour, wheat flour, jowar flour, roasted sesame seeds, and powdered flax seeds.

Add salt, finely chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, and curry leaves to the bowl.
