How To Cook?

1

To start preparing the orange cranberry walnut oat bread, preheat your oven to 180Êû≥c. line a standard 9x5-inch loaf tin with parchment paper, and lightly grease it with butter. you can also dust it with a bit of flour. if using dried cranberries, soak them in 1/2 cup of water with 1 tablespoon of sugar for 20 minutes. then, strain any excess liquid and set aside.

2

In the meantime, combine vinegar with milk and let it sit for about 5 minutes. this will create a buttermilk-like mixture.

3

In a food processor, pulse the instant oatmeal to create a coarse powder. it should not be finely ground.

4

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, pulsed oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.

5

In a separate medium-sized bowl, lightly beat the egg (or flax egg). add the milk and vinegar mixture, melted butter, and orange zest. stir the ingredients together.
