How To Cook?

Heat oil in a wok or large pot. add chopped onions and garlic. saute until the onions become translucent.

Once the onions are translucent, add the remaining chopped vegetables such as beans, carrots, green cabbage, and spring onions. season with salt and mix everything well.

Add the seasonings including garam masala (if desired), sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, and chilli sauce. mix well to coat the vegetables with the flavors.

Pour in the vegetable or chicken broth and let the soup simmer for 4-5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Add the chopped cilantro and continue simmering for an additional 4 to 5 minutes, ensuring the vegetables are cooked but still crisp.
