How To Cook?

If desired, peel the sweet potato. cut off the ends and then slice it into 3-4 parts lengthwise, each about _ inch thick. then, cut them into fry-shaped pieces about _ inch thick. try to cut them into similarly sized pieces for even cooking.

Preheat your air fryer to 190ÔøΩc/375ÔøΩf. if your air fryer has a preheating function, use it according to the manufacturer's instructions.

In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, grated parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. add the cut sweet potato pieces to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.

Place the seasoned sweet potato fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. air fry for 11-12 minutes at 190ÔøΩc/375ÔøΩf, flipping them once halfway through the cooking time.

Once the sweet potato fries are crispy and golden brown, remove them from the air fryer and serve immediately.
