Gradually pour the milk mixture into the flour while mixing in a food processor or stand mixer on low speed. if mixing by hand, add the frothy yeast and milk mixture to the flour and knead until well combined.

Gradually add water as needed to form a soft dough. avoid adding too much water, as it can make the dough sticky.
