In a bowl, combine shredded mozzarella cheese, oregano, toasted sesame seeds, and chopped coriander leaves. mix them together thoroughly to form the filling.

Take a spring roll sheet and place an adequate amount of the cheese filling onto it. roll the sheet tightly to form a log and seal the edges using water. repeat the same process for the remaining spring roll sheets.

In a deep pot or pan, heat vegetable oil over medium flame. carefully deep fry the prepared cheese rolls until they turn golden brown. once fried, remove them from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.

Serve the cheese rolls with ketchup, mayo, or any other dip of your choice. enjoy these delicious and crispy cheese-filled rolls as a snack or appetizer.
