Heat oil in a pan and add two roughly chopped onions along with garlic, ginger, and whole spices.

Add roughly chopped tomatoes and curd. fry for a while and add whole red chilies and green chilies.

Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, and salt. fry the mixture well. once the masala is cooked, let it cool and then blend it into a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan and add kasoori fenugreek. then, add the prepared masala paste and cook it.

Sprinkle garam masala over the gravy and set it aside.
