How To Cook?

1

Begin by chopping the green pumpkin into wedges.

2

Slice the onion and garlic roughly. saute them together with the pumpkin wedges in a pan for about 5 minutes.

3

Transfer the saute vegetables to a pressure cooker. add two glasses of water and cook for approximately 10 minutes.

4

Allow the pumpkin to remain in the pressure cooker even after turning off the flame, as it will continue to cook and become tender.

5

Once cooled, remove the pumpkin from the pressure cooker. it should be very soft at this point.
