How To Cook?

1

Rinse and clean the mushrooms thoroughly. slice them thinly and set them aside. in a pan, melt the butter and add the garlic. saute for 2 minutes, then add the mushrooms.

2

saute the mushrooms for a minute, allowing them to cook. as they cook, they will release water. continue cooking until the water evaporates and the mushrooms become dry.

3

Add black pepper and fresh herbs, such as thyme, to the pan. give it a quick saute. season with salt according to taste and add fresh coriander leaves. saute for another minute.

4

Avoid overcooking the mushrooms. simply turn them over and allow them to cook on their own, spreading them evenly in the pan. this method ensures that the mushrooms are cooked perfectly.

5

Feel free to use your choice of herbs. if you have mixed herbs available, they can be added for additional flavor.
