In a pan, heat a small amount of oil and saute the diced eggplant until they turn tender. set aside.

Similarly, saute the ridge gourd and diced arbi in the same pan until they are cooked and slightly browned. set these aside as well.

In a blender, combine the cooked yellow split peas, saute eggplant, ridge gourd, and arbi. add chopped ginger and blend to create a cohesive mixture.

Shape the mixture into small patties and set them aside.
