Add chickpea flour, cumin seeds, paprika, freshly grated ginger, and salt to the chopped amaranth leaves.

Gradually add a little water to the mixture and combine until you have a thick, sticky mixture.

Take a small amount of the mixture and shape it into bite-sized balls using your hands. repeat this step with the remaining mixture.

Heat sunflower oil in a pan or kuzhi paniyaram pan for frying the fritter bites.
