How To Cook?

1

To prepare the modified banoffee pie, start by crushing the digestive biscuits in a food processor until they become coarse crumbs.

2

In a bowl, combine the melted butter (not too hot) with the crushed biscuits, mixing well until it resembles wet sand.

3

Evenly distribute the biscuit mixture into individual pie molds, pressing firmly to create the pie crusts.

4

Place the pie molds in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes to set.

5

For the caramel sauce, fill a pressure cooker with 1/2 cup of water and place the unopened can of condensed milk inside, without the paper wrapper.
