Crush the digestive biscuits in a food processor or place them in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin until they turn into fine crumbs.

Melt 80g of unsalted butter and mix it thoroughly with the biscuit crumbs until they are evenly coated.

Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie dish to form the pie crust. refrigerate it for about 30 minutes to set.

In a saucepan, heat the whole milk until it starts to simmer. remove it from the heat and set it aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk the remaining 110g of unsalted butter until it becomes smooth and creamy.
