How To Cook?

To prepare the eggless puff pastry dough, whisk the unsalted butter (at room temperature) with a fork. in a separate bowl, mix saffron, caster sugar, and organic cinnamon powder, and set it aside.

In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour and enough water to make a smooth but tight dough.

For the apple roses, place the apple slices in a glass/ceramic microwave-safe bowl, sprinkle lemon juice and water over them, and microwave on medium for 4 minutes or until they are cooked.

To soften the apple slices, let them cool to room temperature.

Roll out the dough into a long rectangular sheet and cut strips about 8 inches long and less than an inch wide.
