Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius (350 degrees fahrenheit) to prepare the decadent chocolate pots de crÁú´me.
Begin by finely chopping the dark chocolate and placing it in a mixing bowl.
In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, caster sugar, pinch of salt, and hazelnut flavored syrup. heat the mixture until the sugar dissolves and it starts to gently bubble around the edges.
Pour the creamy mixture over the chopped chocolate in the mixing bowl. stir well until all the chocolate is completely melted, creating a smooth and velvety texture.
Allow the mixture to cool for approximately 10 minutes, ensuring it's not too hot to handle.
