Preheat the oven to 180Êû≥c (356Êû≥f). prepare a springform pan by lining the bottom with parchment paper and greasing the sides.

Begin by making the biscuit base for the cheesecake. in a food processor, crush the biscuits into fine crumbs.

Melt 100g of unsalted butter and add it to the biscuit crumbs. mix well until the crumbs are coated with butter.

Press the biscuit mixture evenly into the bottom of the springform pan to create the crust. place the pan in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the cheesecake batter.

To make the chocolate sauce, use the double boiler method. in a heatproof bowl, place 450g of dark chocolate and 50g of unsalted butter.
