How To Cook?

Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly and cook it according to the package instructions. once cooked, fluff the rice with a fork and set it aside.

Wash the capsicums and remove the seeds. dice them into small pieces and keep them aside.

Peel the ginger and grate it finely.

In a pan, dry roast the white sesame seeds over medium heat until they turn golden brown. remove them from the pan and set them aside.

In the same pan, heat a tablespoon of oil. add the grated ginger and saute for a minute until it becomes fragrant.
