How To Cook?

In a small pan, dry roast methi seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, and dried red chilies for about 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat until the seeds crackle. allow them to cool slightly and then grind them into a smooth powder.

Heat sesame oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat. add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. saute until the onions are lightly browned and tender.

Add tomatoes and saute until they become soft and mushy.

Add chicken, garam masala, turmeric powder, and the ground spice powder. mix well.

Add 1/4 cup of water, close the pressure cooker, and cook the chicken for 3 to 4 whistles. turn off the heat and allow the pressure to release naturally.
