In a bowl, combine the porridge oats, chia seeds, almond milk, and vanilla extract. allow the mixture to sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.

Set aside 16 raspberries and add the remaining raspberries to the oat mixture. crush them slightly to incorporate into the mixture.

Spoon the mixture into four tumblers or sundae dishes. top each serving with almond yogurt and a mixture of the reserved raspberries and blueberries.

Cover the dishes and refrigerate overnight or until ready to serve.

Before serving, pour 2 tablespoons of almond milk over each portion and sprinkle with almonds.
