How To Cook?

Preheat the oven and oil the pumpkin slice. roast it in the oven for 15 minutes or until it becomes tender.

In a food processor or blender, add the chickpeas and garlic cloves. pulse until smooth. if needed, add a little water to achieve the desired consistency.

Add the roasted pumpkin, cumin powder, red chilli powder, olive oil, and salt to the processor. blend again until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add lemon juice. mix well and adjust the seasoning according to taste.

Drizzle some olive oil over the hummus and garnish with a sprinkle of red chilli powder and fresh coriander.
