How To Cook?

Begin by slicing the avocado in half and removing the pit. scoop out the flesh of half an avocado and mash it gently with a fork in a small bowl.

Take the slices of whole wheat bread and spread a generous layer of hummus on each slice.

Thinly slice the ripe tomato and shallots. place the tomato slices on one side of the bread and sprinkle the sliced shallots over the tomatoes.

On the other side of the bread, spread the mashed avocado evenly.

Carefully assemble the sandwich by pressing the two halves together, making sure the fillings are well distributed.
