How To Cook?

In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, yeast, salt, sugar, and oregano. mix well, then add milk and vegetable stock to form a dough. set aside for 10 minutes to rest.

Take the dough and divide it into small balls. place the balls in a muslin cloth and let them rest for 2 minutes.

On a floured surface, take one portion of the dough at a time and use a rolling pin to flatten it into a round shape, similar to a mini pizza, about 3 inches in diameter.

For the filling, mash the sweet potato and mix it with grated beetroot, diced avocado, red onion, black pepper, and oregano. season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each flattened dough round. fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
