How To Cook?

In a non-stick pan, dry roast the white oats for 1-2 minutes. transfer them to a mixer jar and grind into a coarse powder. transfer the ground oats to a bowl.

Add wheat flour, ragi flour, carom seeds, baking soda, salt, oil, and water as required to the ground oats. knead them into a dough.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.

Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. take each ball and roll it into a roti using dry flour. brush 1 tablespoon of oil over the roti and sprinkle chaat masala on top.

Cut the roti into small diamond-shaped pieces. grease a baking tray with a little oil and arrange the diamond-shaped namkeenpare on it.
