How To Cook?

In a mixing bowl, combine ragi flour, oats flour, besan, and curd. mix well to form a smooth batter.

Add enough water to make a lump-free and semi-thick dosa batter. set aside for 10-15 minutes to ferment.

Wash the spinach leaves and pat them dry. finely chop the spinach and add it to the dosa batter.

Add green chilli ginger paste and salt to the batter. mix well to incorporate all the ingredients.

Heat a dosa griddle or non-stick pan. grease it with oil.
