In a blender, add blanched spinach, onion, ginger, and garlic. blend to make a smooth puree.

Take a mixing bowl and add oats flour, quinoa flour, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt, and the puree from the blender.

Gradually add water to the mixture and mix well to achieve a medium consistency batter.

Place a skillet on medium heat.

Pour 2 tablespoons of batter onto the heated skillet.
