Pressure cook: once properly soaked, cook the chickpeas with a pinch of salt in a pressure cooker until they turn very soft.

Draining and mashing: once cooked, drain any excess water from the chickpeas. in a spacious mixing bowl, mash the chickpeas thoroughly using a potato masher or a food processor.

Flavorful additions: add crumbled paneer, instant rolled oats, finely chopped green chilies, grated ginger, minced garlic, garam masala, and cumin seeds to the mashed chickpeas. mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Adjusting seasoning: taste the mixture and adjust the salt according to your preference.
