How To Cook?

To prepare the garlicky potato and paneer patties, wash the potatoes and boil them until fully cooked. once cooked, peel the skin and set them aside. alternatively, you can pressure cook the potatoes for 2 whistles and allow the pressure to release naturally.

In a large bowl, mash the boiled potatoes and add cornflour. season with salt and mix well.

Divide the potato mixture into 12 equal portions and set them aside.

In a separate bowl, mix grated paneer, crushed garlic, finely chopped onion, finely chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, red chilli powder, and salt to make the filling for the patties.

Take one portion of the potato mixture and flatten it in your palm.
