To prepare the spicy crunchy peanuts, in a large bowl, combine peanuts, gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, water, black pepper powder, oil, and salt to taste. mix well, ensuring that the spices and flour coat the peanuts uniformly. use a little water to bind the mixture together, but do not add too much water.

Heat oil in a kadai or wok over medium heat.

Fry the coated peanuts in the hot oil until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Once they are done, remove the peanuts from the oil and place them on an absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

The peanuts will become even more crispy as they cool down to room temperature.
