How To Cook?

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. add a bay leaf and cinnamon stick. saute until they turn slightly dark in color.

Add onion puree and cook until it turns golden. then add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes. add tomato puree and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add salt, kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and kasuri methi. mix well on low flame.

Meanwhile, grind the soaked soy chunks into granules, ensuring not to grind them too finely. add the soy granules to the pan and mix well.

Optionally, add green peas and stir for a while. turn off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
