Rinse the sabudana (sago) under water and soak it in water for 30 minutes.

Drain the soaked sabudana and set it aside.

Boil the potatoes until they are cooked. peel the potatoes and mash them finely while they are still hot.

To the mashed potatoes, add the soaked sabudana, finely chopped green chilies, chopped coriander, and rock salt. mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 16 equal parts and shape each part into a log or patty.
