How To Cook?

Heat oil in a kadai or frying pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and chana dal. allow them to crackle.

Add curry leaves, finely chopped ginger, finely chopped green or red chilies, and chopped onions. saute until the onions turn translucent.

Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.

Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and curd into the pan. saute on medium heat for a minute.

Pour water, add salt, and bring it to a boil. add the roasted bread slices, cover the pan with a lid, and let it cook for about 30 seconds. toss well until the bread slices are evenly coated.
