How To Cook?

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. let them crackle.

Add curry leaves and green chillies to the pan. saute for a few seconds.

Add diced potatoes, french beans, onion, green capsicum, red capsicum, and fresh peas to the pan. mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

In the meantime, cook vermicelli as per the instructions on the package. drain and keep aside.

Season the vegetables with salt and black pepper powder. mix well.
